Refund & Return Policy

We value your trust. This page explains our process for refunds, cancellations, and returns to ensure transparency and fairness in every transaction.

1. Purpose and Scope
This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which clients may request a refund, return, or re-performance of services or products purchased from Conqueror Aspiration LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). This policy applies to:

• Professional services, including but not limited to: HR Consultancy, Business Formation, Corporate Tax Advisory, Family Migration Programs, Manpower Sourcing, Product Sourcing, and Management Consultancy;
• Products sold via our e-commerce or retail channels.

This policy is in alignment with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and relevant executive regulations. Where a specific contract, service agreement, or statutory provision provides different terms, those terms will prevail to the extent permitted by law.
2. General Principles
We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of service delivery. We aim to handle all refund and return requests transparently, fairly, and promptly. Key principles include:

Fairness: We assess each request on its merits and in accordance with contractual terms and applicable law.
Transparency: We clearly communicate eligibility, timelines, and any applicable fees prior to or at the time of purchase.
Proportionality: Refunds and returns will be proportionate to the stage of service delivery or the condition of returned goods.
Timeliness: We aim to process eligible refunds without undue delay and within any statutory timeframes.
3. Refund & Re-performance for Professional Services
a. Eligibility for Refund or Re-performance
• The service was not delivered in accordance with agreed terms or scope;
• The service was not completed within the agreed timeframe without valid cause;
• The delivered service was incomplete, defective, or did not reasonably meet the intended objective;
• Identical issues recur after two or more attempts at resolution.

b. Timeframe for Claims
Requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of service completion or discovery of the issue.

c. Inspection and Resolution
We reserve the right to review and attempt to resolve any issue before issuing a refund. If rectification is not possible within a reasonable period, a full or partial refund will be processed based on the extent of service rendered.

d. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be granted for:
• Services completed per the agreed terms and client approval;
• Delays or issues caused by client-side actions, non-cooperation, or lack of required documentation;
• Custom or bespoke consultancy where significant work has already commenced.
4. Refund & Return for E-Commerce Products
a. Eligibility for Refund or Return
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or return if:
• The product is defective, damaged, or not as described;
• You received the wrong item;
• The product fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing fault.

Note: Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for eligible items, which must be unused and in original packaging, and requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Conditions apply.

b. Return Conditions
Items must be in original condition, including packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories. A valid proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email) must be provided.

c. Timeframe for Returns
Return or refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery.

d. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a product defect or our error, return shipping costs will be covered by us. For change-of-mind or customer errors, return shipping is at the client’s expense.

e. Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable:
• Used, damaged, or altered products after delivery;
• Customized or personalized items;
• Downloadable digital goods or Business license, Establishment Card, Issued/Return Visa Applications, software;
• Clearance or final-sale items;
• Hygiene-sensitive items unless faulty.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).

Refunds are typically completed within 7–14 business days after approval. In certain cases, store credit or service credit may be offered as an alternative.
6. Warranty Terms
Professional services are warranted for 30 days from completion (unless otherwise stated in writing).

Products may include manufacturer warranties, which will be specified on the product page or invoice.
7. How to Submit a Refund or Return Request
To initiate a claim, please contact our Customer Support team with:

• Your full name and contact details
• Invoice/order number
• A detailed description of the issue (attach photos/videos if relevant)
• Your preferred resolution: refund, re-performance, or replacement

8. Policy Modifications
Conqueror Aspiration LLC reserves the right to amend this policy at any time in accordance with UAE laws and regulations. The latest version will always be available on our official website.

• UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection
• Guidelines issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET)
• Applicable eCommerce, consultancy, and service provider laws within the UAE
